The Rugged Material Hardware Guarantee

Our Word: We use the honor system at Rugged Material. We guarantee that the metal components of your wallet are over-engineered to offer full functionality for your lifetime. If the metal fails, we keep our word and we will make it right.

The Lifetime Metal Warranty: We offer a Lifetime Guarantee to the original purchaser, specifically covering the metal body and tool card of our wallets. If the metal chassis or tool card breaks, cracks, or fails due to a defect in our materials or construction, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

The Elastic Bands Policy: Please note that while our metalwork is for life, elastic bands are subject to natural wear and tear. Just like the tires on a rugged truck, elastic will eventually lose tension or wear out depending on use. Because of this:

• Elastic bands and non-metal components are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee.

• Replacement bands are available for purchase HERE to keep your wallet performing like new.

How it Works: If there is a problem with your metal component of the wallet that is our fault, we will replace it as long as the damage isn't the result of intentional misuse. We stand behind what we build.
